Make It Merry Holiday Cupcake Decorating (Beginner and beyond)

Recommended for students 16 and older. Younger children may attend if accompanied by an adult who has also purchased a ticket.

Jen Anderson, Owner of Jenny’s Cakestand LLC, will teach you the basics of buttercream piping holiday designs! No experience required.

You’ll learn fundamental techniques for coloring buttercream (demo only), filling piping bags, and piping designs using several traditional piping tips.  We’ll also play with some not-so-run-of-the-mill tips.  You’ll spend plenty of time practicing piping styles on wipeable boards before moving on to design and decorate a half dozen holiday-themed cupcakes to take home.  Follow Jen’s design suggestions or create your own! Extras like sprinkles, sugar pearls, dragees and more will be available to add to your designs.
